Violin Chan is the Chairperson of the Light and Love Home Worldwide Charity Services. She organizes volunteer teams each year to visit various service areas and meet with local coworkers to analyze the needs and progress of the work to ensure the well-being of orphans and the poor. After each trip, she uses photos and words to describe her experiences to help people understand more clearly the relating issues and encourage them to participate in charity works.

Joe Lee is a registered architect in British Columbia, Canada. He uses his personal time outside the office to participate in volunteer teams in the provision of local services and filming documentaries to raise awareness of their needs. He has organized several photo exhibitions and designed fundraising products for Light and Love Home. He founded Photos for Humanity in March 2012.
