Photo 35: Girls of Light and Love School

These two little girls are students of the Light and Love School in Madagascar. Aside from attending classes, they also participate in activities and fellowships organized by the church. Once we met each other, we were no longer strangers. They even asked me to take pictures of them. Do you enjoy seeing how they smiled and posed in the photo? They no longer despised themselves like before, but can now live with joy and confidence together.

Photo 34: Capturing Funny Faces

When we cannot communicate with words, we rely on our facial expressions and hand gestures. Without saying a word, he noticed me raising my camera. Just as I press the shutter, he made a funny face to joke with me. And just before he could make another funny face, I was fast enough to catch him off guard and took a photo of his straight face. After finished walking down the street in Antananarivo, Madagascar, I felt like I had just made many friends, though it was the first time ever seeing them.
