The children living in the slum areas of Tamatave, Madagascar often play in the streets together. This "Street Fair" doesn't require government permission for blocking the street or sponsored by certain organizations. Just some palm leaves and a bit of creativity can create a variety of games and lots of fun. Some pretend to be horses with the leaves as tail. Some wrap the leaves around their heads as crowns. Everyone laugh, dance, and chasing each other. This is the original Street Fair.
